The Population Council has been conducting research in Nepal since 2000. With funding from the US Agency for International Development (USAID), the Population Council's Frontiers in Reproductive Health Program worked with the Center for Research on Environment, Health and Population Activities to study ways to facilitate the use of reproductive health services by young married couples. More recently, research in collaboration with the Nepal Fertility Care Center is examining improved service utilization through extended clinic hours.
