FRONTIERS PROJECT
Improving Reproductive Health and HIV Prevention Among Married Adolescents in Amhara, Ethiopia

FRONTIERS is cooperating with Ethiopian faith-based organizations to improve reproductive health and prevent new HIV infections among married adolescents, a high-risk but often underserved population in Africa. The intervention will focus on developing models that address the particular vulnerabilities of married adolescent girls, taking into account cultural contexts. Through such collaboration, FRONTIERS hopes to build capacity among local organizations to design, plan, manage, support, monitor, and expand reproductive health and HIV prevention activities for young people, particularly those in rural areas.
