FRONTIERS PROJECT FRONTIERS provided technical assistance and training to help the Center for Research, Education, and Services or CIES, a nongovernmental organization, conduct operations research projects and thus build its capacity for evidence-based programming. Activities included workshops, courses, and field training in research and other study-related topics. The project activities facilitated the utilization of results among CIES service sites.
