FRONTIERS PROJECT
Technical Assistance and Training for Center for Research, Education, and Services Operations Research Program

FRONTIERS provided technical assistance and training to help the Center for Research, Education, and Services or CIES, a nongovernmental organization, conduct operations research projects and thus build its capacity for evidence-based programming. Activities included workshops, courses, and field training in research and other study-related topics. The project activities facilitated the utilization of results among CIES service sites.
