FRONTIERS PROJECT Working with the Ministry of Health and Improving the Performance of Primary Providers in Reproductive Health (PRIME), FRONTIERS researchers conducted a number of workshops for government health staff on defining problems within reproductive health programs, developing solutions, and using qualitative methods. Representatives from each of El Salvador’s 18 health departments attended a one-week operations research workshop in which five project proposals were developed.
