Situation Analysis of the Use of Contraception in Postpartum, Postabortion, and Prevention of Mother-to-Child HIV Transmission (PMTCT) Programs

FRONTIERS is working with ALVA, Consultoria y Asesoria, Nicaragua, to assess the use of family planning in postpartum, postabortion, and PMTCT services in Nicaragua. The project will assess previous program experience, document current policies within these programs, and assess the degree to which services are provided according to national and international recommended practices. The information will be used to plan activities to improve postpartum, postabortion, and PMTCT programs.
