Horizons Symposium Examines Care and Support Services in the Era of Treatment

In November 2005, Horizons held a one-and-a-half day symposium in Johannesburg, South Africa, to discuss strengthening care and support programs and linking them to treatment services. The symposium drew more than 70 program managers, researchers, policymakers, and donors from the region. A report that synthesizes program experiences; research findings; and program, policy, and research recommendations discussed at the meeting is available online (PDF).
