POPULATION COUNCIL LICENSING OPPORTUNITIES

The Population Council seeks to improve the family planning and reproductive health options of people throughout the world. To further this end, the Council develops and evaluates promising ideas for new reproductive health products. The Council conducts fundamental research on reproductive and immunological processes, which serves as the basis for the development of new contraceptive methods, hormone therapies, and AIDS-prevention products. The Council's Intellectual Asset Management group engages development and licensing partners, leading to the commercial manufacture and marketing of finished products.
