Evaluation of the Punjab Female School Stipend Program
Council researchers evaluated the effect of stipends on school enrollment in Punjab.
This evaluation was commissioned to determine the impact of interventions under the Punjab Education Sector Reform Program (PESRP). The primary objectives of the study are to assess the impact of the stipend component on female enrollment in public secondary schools, on overall female enrollment in public and private schools, and on male schooling.
