Population Council Research that makes a difference

Eshita  Jahan

Senior Research Officer

Eshita Jahan joined the Population Council as a research officer in March 2007. Jahan currently works for the Council's Reproductive Health program. She develops research instruments, coordinates data collection and analysis, supervises project activities, assists in organizing and disseminating activities, conducts training, maintains liaisons with partners and stakeholders, and prepares and writes reports.

Previously, Jahan worked at ICDDR,B where she was involved in reproductive health research.

Jahan received her master's degree in sociology from National University, Bangladesh. Her areas of interest are social and public health research.
