Hafizur  Rahman

Assistant Program Officer

Hafizur Rahman is an assistant program officer for data management in the Population Council's Bangladesh office. He began working at the Population Council in June 2010 and now assists the Reproductive Health program with research and data management activities. 

Rahman has a master’s in population sciences from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, and an M.Sc. in statistics from the University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He has broad expertise in quantitative research methods and analysis. Rahman's publications are in the areas of gender-based violence, HIV and AIDS, and abortion.
