Associate Profile Joanne N. Gleason is an associate responsible for the administration of the Frontiers in Reproductive Health program in Africa, Asia and the Near East, and Latin America. She previously served as the associate responsible for managing the Council's operations research programs for both Africa (1993–98) and Latin America and the Caribbean (1989–93). Gleason has been in the field of international program development for twenty years; prior to joining the Council, she worked for the Ford Foundation and CARE. She received her M.A. from Johns Hopkins SAIS in 1983.
