Administrative & Financial Officer Profile Moushira Rasmy is the administrative and financial officer for the West Asia and North Africa regional office, based in Cairo, Egypt. She is responsible for personnel, accounting, administration, and office automation functions. Rasmy oversees all the administrative, legal, and financial matters of all the country and project offices in the region, including setting up new offices and providing assistance to existing ones. Rasmy joined the Council in 1996, bringing with her 18 years of experience in the field of administration and finance. Her previous positions included: administration manager and head of the Director General's Office at the Arab Administration Development Organization; senior administrative assistant at Kuwait Institute for Scientific Research; and real estate finance officer at BayBank. She received a B.Sc. in business in 1973 from Cairo University.
