In a video at Bloomberg's Tic Toc, Jim Sailer, Executive Director of the Population Council's Center for Biomedical Research (CBR), explains how the Council's Nestorone®/Testosterone (NES/T) transdermal male contraceptive gel works and speaks about the importance of gender equality in preventing pregnancy.

In an exclusive interview, Jim Sailer speaks about how the NES/T gel works and what the landscape is like for male contraception right now. He also shares why he and the Population Council believe that family planning is a shared responsibility, and how male contraceptives like the NES/T gel can relieve the burden of preventing pregnancy that currently falls almost exclusively on women.
