Wanda Olson

Wanda Olson is a retired partner of the international law firm of Cleary Gottlieb. During over three decades with the firm, she developed an expertise in domestic and international finance, including public and private offerings of securities, commercial bank lending, project finance, and merger and acquisition finance.

Olson is most known for her representation of foreign governments and state-owned entities in restructuring their bank debt and in financing, refinancing, and managing their capital markets debt.
